Jay Debrincat
Occupational Therapist - Melton
Jay is an Occupational Therapist who is extremely passionate about working with youth to achieve their goals. Jay is particularly interested in the development of motor skills, understanding of interoception and sensory processing, and breaking down of executive functions to assist the development of essential independence skills to thrive within the community.
Jay has a background in working with youth as a Basketball Coach for Hoppers Crossing Tigers in which he engages with a variety of personalities and creates goals and strategies to build teamwork, develop key skills, and achieve their personal goals whilst achieving team success.
Outside of work, Jay regularly engages in sport by playing and coaching basketball, playing video games such as Fortnite, AFL26 and NBA2k independently or socially with friends. Jay also enjoys spending time with friends and family.
