We are hiring!

At Geronimo, we pride ourselves on being a small support service, providing high-quality Occupational Therapy and Support Coordination for the Melton and Geelong communities.

Geronimo are proud to remain local, to ensure our participants and their families receive a more intimate experience.  Having local knowledge and roots in the areas we support, enable families to feel connected to their clinician, whilst also providing knowledgeable information on surrounding services and creating strong multidisciplinary networks within the area.

We are looking for creative, skilled, and passionate individuals to join our team and make a difference in the communities and for the families we support. Our work culture is driven by a supportive, informal environment, in which our staff are a high priority. I joined Geronimo as a new graduate in Geelong. I thrived in the work culture, and the flexibility Geronimo provided me. I was offered a position to aid in the development of a service in Melton, near my hometown. I was so excited for this opportunity, and really felt connected to this area. With practice experience, I grew into a Senior OT position. From here, I progressed to a Team Leader in which I can grow my career by supporting staff members and completing management responsibilities. Geronimo has grown with me and enabled me to always feel fulfilled and rewarded in any position.
— Leah Bigger, Melton Team Leader
My experience at Geronimo has been nothing short of rewarding. I had a lot of experience at differing workplaces where I found the environment highly KPI driven and had a much less emphasis on work life balance or client outcomes. What I enjoyed most about Geronimo, was the focus on supporting the team. I feel highly cared for in this position and enjoy the informal culture and flexibility this role enables. I have been able to progress to a Team Leader in Geelong, where my role enables me to support a growing team.
