Natalie Tabone

 

Support Coordinator

Natalie is a committed Support Coordinator who is focused on building her participants capacity to reach their goals and achieve positive outcomes. Natalie places great importance on getting to know participants and their families to understand their needs and link them with the most appropriate services.

At Geronimo, Natalie works closely with Occupational Therapists, which gives her a unique perspective and skill set that she can draw upon to best support participants. Natalie has extensive experience in the disability sector having worked within not for profits and local council.

When Natalie is not supporting participants at Geronimo, she enjoys spending time with her family, cheering on the Western Bulldogs, swimming and bike riding.

Natalie has completed a range of professional development including:

  • Professional Resilience Training - Michelle Bihary

  • Support Coordination Workshop - DSC

  • Introduction to Neurodiversity Affirming Practice - Onwards and Upwards Psychology

 Qualifications:

Natalie has completed a Diploma of Community Services Work and is currently undertaking a Bachelor of Psychological Science at Swinburne University.
