Occupational Therapist

Georgia is an Occupational Therapist who is passionate about being able to build connections with the people she supports. Georgia’s favourite thing about being an Occupational Therapist is that she needs to be creative and “problem solve” to support people with achieving their goals.

Georgia has always preferred working in a community setting, having previously worked as a Community Mental Health Practitioner whilst completing her degree. Georgia has continued working in the community within the NDIS sector, and has experience with; assistive technology, complex seating prescription, home modifications, SIL/SDA (housing) assessments and supporting neurodivergent people.

Georgia joined the Geronimo team as an Occupational Therapist in Yarraville, before moving to the Geelong office where she supports the team as the Geelong Team Leader and Occupational Therapist.

Outside of work, Georgia enjoys spending time with her two dogs, pilates, and going out for breakfast with friends.

 Qualifications:

Georgia completed a Bachelor of Applied Science/Master of Occupational Therapy Practice degree at LaTrobe University in 2018.

Georgia has also completed the Driver Assessment and Rehabilitation Course through Federation University and Swinburne University.
